 ■60904-9 5.2 光谱色相 

Spectral match of a solar simulator is defined by the deviation from AM 1.5 reference spectral irradiance as laid down in IEC60904- 3. For 6 wavelength intervals of interest, the percentage of total irradiance is specified in Table 1  

61646 IEC 2008(10.19 光暴露试验) 


■10.19.1 目的

To stabilize the electrical characteristics of thin-film modules by means of natural sunlight or simulated solar irradiation.


■10.19.2 组成 (要求)   

A)  A class CCC solar simulator, in accordance with IEC 60904-9, or natural sunlight. 

B)  A suitable reference device, with integrator, or for monitoring the irradiation. Means to mount the modules, as recommended by the manufacturer, co-planar with the reference device 

C)  Means for measuring the temperature of the modules(s) to an accuracy of ±1℃.

D) Resistive loads sized such that at STC the modules will operate near their maximum power point.


10.19.3步骤

A)  Attach the resistive loads to the modules and mount them, as recommended by the manufacturer, with the reference device in the test plane of the simulator.

B)  When using a solar simulator, use the reference device to set the irradiance between 800 w/m2 and 1000 w/m2. Record the irradiance.

C)  During the simulator exposure, modules temperatures must stay in the range 50℃±10℃.

D)  Subject each module to irradiation until its maximum power value stabilizes. Stabilization occurs when measurements from two consecutive periods of at least 43 kwh/m2 each integrated over periods when the temperature is between 40 ℃ and 60 ℃, meet the following criteria: ( Pmax – Pmin ) / Paverage  < 2%.   All intermediate maximum power measurements shall be performed at any convenient module temperature reproduced within ±2℃.

E)  Report the irradiation at which this stability is reached.


■10.19.4 最终测量

After the final lightsoaking, the maximum output power at STC shall be not less than 90% of the minimum value specified by the manufacture in Clause 4. (See Clause 6)
